Marten Lodewijks is the Managing Director and President of IWSR, bringing a wealth of experience from strategy and insights roles at numerous Global multinationals. His expertise is in growth strategy in the beverage alcohol space, having held senior positions at SABMiller and then AB-InBev as well as Monitor Deloitte prior to that.
Marten joined the IWSR in March 2023 where he led the critical US market prior to becoming global MD.
Chief Commercial Officer
Damien McInerny is CCO at IWSR, drawing on his breadth of experience in leading sales, marketing and client services teams in the business information industry. His expertise spans clients large and small, from all sectors and across all continents. This extensive background includes sales and commercial leadership roles at organisations such as Ovum, Datamonitor and 451 Research.
Damien joined IWSR in January 2018 and leverages his in-depth experience to lead the commercial teams in developing the company’s propositions and portfolio of services, ensuring clients maximise the value of their engagement with IWSR.
Chief Operating Officer Research and Operations
Emily Neill is COO of Research & Operations at IWSR, bringing extensive experience in research and market insights across the global consumer goods industry. Her expertise spans industry research, data analytics and forecasting, market insights and BI product development.
Previously CEO of Canadean (Globaldata Consumer), Emily joined IWSR in March 2018 and leverages her wide-ranging expertise to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Chief Technology Officer
David Green is CTO at IWSR and brings extensive technology experience in software development across various industries. His expertise spans sports betting, finance & Formula One and includes rising to CTO of a multi-billion-pound turnover high frequency trading company as well as a stint building a new data analytics platform for a world-famous F1 team.
David joined IWSR in May 2022 and is using his extensive experience to transform the role technology plays in delivering IWSR's data and intelligence to its customers.
Chief Product Officer
Xian Wang is Chief Product Officer at IWSR. Prior to joining IWSR, Xian led global strategy and product, including the data, research, tech and digital platform offering, at Flywheel Retail Insights, focusing on digital commerce go-to-market strategy across CPG/FMCG sectors. Before that, she was at an investment research firm, supporting buy-side investors in identifying investment opportunities and monitoring their portfolios, following roles in private equity and investment banking M&A at Goldman Sachs.
Xian Wang joined in November 2024 with the aim to define IWSR's product strategy, vision for the future, and product roadmap.
Global Head of Research
Sarah Campbell is Global Head of Research at IWSR. She brings extensive experience from insights, commercial, and marketing roles within the beverage alcohol and retail sectors, including positions at Bacardi, Nielsen, and Waitrose. A WSET Diploma holder, she has a track record of delivering results through streamlined processes and a deep understanding of client needs. Sarah joined IWSR in May 2021, initially relocating to Singapore to establish the APAC research function and expand the company’s regional presence.
