Alexander Smith, Editor-in-Chief
Alex has been with the IWSR for 15 years and was in at the inception of the IWSR Magazine. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the IWSR Magazine. In his duties, Alex has reported from all corners of the globe. He has a wide contact base and deep understanding of the global markets having written about the alcohol industry for 24 years. He also heads up and produces the IWSR/Just-Drinks reports.
Before joining the IWSR, Alex worked for Shanken International in London and New York and UPI on Capitol Hill. Alex only recently retired from a long rugby career and continues his involvement by training a youth team in Wimbledon.
